Ron Cordova

Lead Estimator

Dedicated Professional with a Diverse Background

Ron was born in Alameda, CA and raised in the Cave Creek, AZ are where ended up graduating from high school and joining the US Army. Ron holds a Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice and MBA in Operations Management from Liberty National University.

Ron's military career honed his leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence.  He served for 15 years with deployments in places like Bosnia, Panama, and "secret undisclosed" locations.  Ron also has over 19 years of experience as a Police Officer. He attended the Arizona law Enforcement Academy after military service and became a commissioned state police officer. Ron was a Detective/ Corporal at the Department of Public Safety until moving to Kansas where he served 6 years as a police sergeant with the Lake Quivira Police department and as the Associate Director of Westport Public Safety in KCMO.

Now, Ron brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to Home Pros, where he leverages his expertise to provide accurate and timely estimates for our clients.  When he's not working, Ron enjoys spending quality time with his family, golfing, biking, and exploring the great outdoors.

Camille Serrano

Estimator

Camille Serrano was born and raised in the Kansas City area, the oldest of four children. While attending Olathe North High School, she was actively involved in theater, participating in as many productions as possible. After graduating, she attended Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, where she earned a degree in Mathematics and a minor in Gender Studies.

Post-college, Camille moved to Chicago to work for an educational consultancy company in the Chicago school district. After about two years, during the COVID-19 period, she decided to return home to Kansas City to be closer to family and friends. With Home Pros Painting experiencing rapid growth, the timing was perfect for Camille to join the team. Three years later, she has become an invaluable asset, assessing customer needs with dedication and a smile.

Lorenzo Serrano

Project Support and Estimator

Lorenzo Serrano, born and raised in the Kansas City area, grew up with three siblings, all of whom graduated from Olathe North High School. Lorenzo attended Creighton University in 2020 before transferring to Mid-America Nazarene University, where he earned a degree in Sports Management.

During his time at Mid-America Nazarene, Lorenzo served as the men's soccer team manager for three years. His senior year was particularly memorable, as the team won the National Championship—a highlight he considers the experience of a lifetime so far.

Currently, Lorenzo is involved in his community as both the assistant tennis coach and assistant freshmen basketball coach at Olathe North High School. At Home Pros Painting, he plays a vital role in ensuring all projects are kept clean and free of debris, overseeing waste management, and assisting with project management and estimates as needed.

Lorenzo's ultimate goal is to coach basketball at the professional level, a dream he's pursuing with dedication and passion.

Edwin Serrano

Owner

Edwin, the founder and owner of Home Pros Painting in Olathe, KS, brings a unique blend of military discipline, academic achievement, and industry experience to his business. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in San Antonio, TX, Edwin's journey began with a commitment to service. Right out of high school, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, spending part of his four years stationed in Japan, the Philippines, and West Africa.

After his military service, Edwin settled in Olathe, KS, and pursued higher education at Rockhurst University, earning an MBA. He then embarked on a successful career in the corporate world, working for 12 years at Quest Diagnostics and subsequently as a lead estimator and project manager for Business World Company. During his tenure at Business World, he gained extensive experience in government contract work across the United States.

Drawing on his wealth of experience and a strong desire to serve his community, Edwin founded Home Pros Painting in 2023. With a focus on residential painting, he leverages his knowledge of project management, attention to detail, and commitment to quality to deliver exceptional results.
